It is a guesthouse with breakfast included.

No, to reach the rooms you need to climb 1 flight of stairs for the Green and Yellow rooms; 2 flights for the Red and Turquoise rooms.

Do all rooms have a private bathroom?

Yes, each room has its own private bathroom.

Are Wi-Fi, fridge, hairdryer, TV, safe, etc. available?

What beds are available?

All rooms have a double bed. In rooms for 3 people, a single bed is added.

Where is the property located?

The property is located at Via Corso 2, 63076 Monteprandone AP, Italy.

Where to park?

There is a free 2-story parking lot just outside the village (~300m from the property). A convenient elevator connects it to the square. We still recommend arriving by car at Piazza dell'Aquila to drop off luggage before parking.

What are the check-in/check-out times?

Check-in: 3:00 PM–6:30 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

Yes, but only after arranging with the property.

Kids and Pets

Are pets allowed?

Small pets are allowed in the Yellow and Green rooms.
A 30€ surcharge applies per stay.

Are beds and bowls provided for pets?

No, beds, bowls, etc. must be brought from home.

Do children stay for free?

The extra charge for 3 people applies only if an extra bed is needed. If the child sleeps with you, the price is for 2 people.

Are cots available for children?

No, we do not have cots or cradles for children.

Is smoking allowed in rooms or common areas?

No, smoking is prohibited inside the property.

Is presenting an ID at check-in mandatory?

Yes, you must show an ID via WhatsApp or Email before arrival.

Are there quiet hours?

Yes, to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, respectful behavior is required. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
